Clowntown (2016)

Ah, Clowntown. Horror movies with one clown are terrifying enough, but when the entire town has been overthrown by them, you know things are about to get good (or, in the character' cases, very bad). A gaggle of friends is on the way to Ohio for a concert when they're rerouted throw a seemingly abandoned small town. Come to find out, it's not abadoned at all - people just refuse to leave their houses since murderous clowns are ramaging through the street with axes and swords looking for their next victim. There's no need to explain what happens next - but it does involve a topless babysitter played by Kaitlyn Sapp and one very unlucky Sofia Menna lying out in her bikini.
