CIA: Exiled (1993)

After initially breaking through to tough-guy stardom as the FBI agent who first caged Hannibal Lecter in Manhunter (1986), William Peterson went on to rule TV as a forensic cop on the smash drama CSI. Between those two milestones, Peterson tears up the tropics as a demoted Central Intelligence Agent in the spy blast CIA: Exiled (1993). George C.
