Cabin Fever: Patient Zero (2014)

In the third installment of the Cabin Fever franchise, Cabin Fever: Patient Zero (2014) follows a group of partygoers (Sean Astin, Mitch Ryan, Brando Eaton, Jillian Murray, Lydia Hearst) on a Caribbean yacht that runs ashore on an island, where the bumbling bunch soon stumble upon an abandoned scientific ship.
