Bloody Reunion (2006)

In Bloody Reunion (2006), the old-school slasher pic graduates, goes out into the world, and shows up at the class reunion so drenched in gore that it doesn't matter whether it's lost some fat or gained contacts or bought itself a new pair of rat-a-tat tats, because no soul can see what lies beneath that slick, slimy, super-sick sheath. Even bleach can't blot out the bloody marks slimed behind this tale of bad teach Ms. Park (Oh Mi-hee), whose old students come home and pick a few bones--and end up hearing some satisfyingly death-rattle-y moans. Sex-hee Sun-hee (Ji-hyeon Lee) is the once-she-was ugly fantasy girl, and in her cold black sunglasses she rocks the eastern and western worlds, while around her the other wronged ones gather, each one madder than a hatter. It takes a while for the inevitable bursts of violence to build, but when they come they come in for the kill--this is one savage feast of attackage. And though it's a shame that there's no unwrapped rackage (all we see is Lee peel off most all but her glasses), for a slasher-school fanatic it's the whole bloody package.
