Au secours, j'ai trente ans! (2004)

Only the French could take a subject like a cancer diagnosis and turn it into a comedy with a heaping helping of flesh thrown in for good measure. Au secours, j'ai trente ans! (2004) was released in America as Last Chance Saloon, and while our French is a bit rusty, that doesn't seem to line up. As if that matters when there's fun, and fun bags, to be had!  Giovanna Mezzogiorno more than makes up for the shoddy translations by dishing out more skin than you can handle. She struts about in sexy lingerie, then hops into the tub to get familiar with the shower nozzle, all the while her floaters find their way to the surface of the water. Then it's T&A time as she gets hot and heavy with a guy, flashing her flappers and fanny in a flaming hot scene! Who doesn't want-a Giovanna?
