Ancient Evil 2 (2005)

New England teens unwittingly summon Anubis, the jackal-headed Egyptian god of the dead in Ancient Evil 2: Guardian of the Underworld (2005) and, as you might expect, mayhem ensues. Though it shares no characters or plot threads, this film is a sequel to the 2000 fright-fest Ancient Evil: The Scream of the Mummy, in which an Aztec mummy is similarly unleashed. Not wanting Anubis to be homesick, Noel Francomano treats him to the sight of one of her chest pyramids shortly after his arrival.
