Alone with Her (2006)

Colin Hanks portrays a high-tech perv who spies on unsuspecting females in Alone with Her (2006). Ana Claudia Talancón becomes the main object of his attention, and ours, as we repeatedly see--via kinky surveillance devices--in and out of her clothes.
