Lesbians and transsexual hookers can be found in the Spanish hit All About My Mother (1999), not to be confused with the American sitcom How I Met Your Mother (2005-2013) — although that show did show Robin (Cobie Smulders) and Lily (Alyson Hannigan) sharing a sapphic smooch. Still, there’s a lot more going on in Pedro Almodóvar’s thirteenth film. Also known as Todo sobre mi madre, this Spanish dramedy focuses on Manuela (Cecilia Roth), a nurse and single mother in her late thirties. Manuela’s teenage son, Esteban (Eloy Azorin), is killed by a car when he crosses the street to get an autograph from actress Huma Rojo (Marisa Paredes). But despite the tragedy, the movie provides plenty of high points in the story and in the audience’s pants! Nina Cruz (Candela Peña) sheds her threads to reveal her slinky black bra and briefs. If that’s not hot enough, the dark-haired hottie slips a nip! Perhaps that’s why the movie was named Best Foreign Language Film at the Oscars, the Golden Globes, and the British Academy Film Awards. In Spain, it picked up six Goya Awards, including top honors for Best Film, Best Director (Almodóvar), and Best Actress (Roth). Plus, the comely cast — including Penélope Cruz, Rosa Maria Sardà and Antonia San Juan — had Mr. Skin applauding with one hand. This is especially true when it comes to Ms. San Juan who flashes her T&A during a mugging scene. Luckily, Antonia’s character defeats the thug while showing us her criminally-hot bod!
