James Mason is an Aussie artist in Age of Consent (1969), the tale of a fed-up painter who decides to bid New York City bye-bye and head home to get back to his roots. Once he's back in Australia, he decides to take the primitive route and finds himself a small island in the Great Barrier Reef. At first he thinks it's deserted, but to his great dismay he learns that his oasis is the home base for a drunken old lady (Neva Carr-Glyn) and her gorgeous granddaughter (Helen Mirren). James finds himself inflamed by the delicious young dame, and he coaxes Helen to pose for him in her birthday suit. Just as it looks like love is about to bloom, James's old pal Jack MacGowran shows up and rips him off. Then there's the problem of nasty Neva, who's found out that Helen's been posing in the buff and is threatening to turn James over to the law for seeing her granddaughter in the raw. It's worth it, though--a young Helen Mirren nude is so hot, it's criminal!
