Adam Resurrected (2008)

Set in 1960s Israel, Paul Schrader’s Adam Resurrected (2008) stars Jeff Goldblum as Adam Stein, a former circus entertainer who had to act as the “dog” of a concentration camp commandant (Willem DaFoe) during the Holocaust to avoid being sent to the death chamber and is now a patient at an asylum for survivors. In the asylum, he meets a boy who has also been turned into a “dog” by some cruel master, along with hot nurse Ayelet Zurer, who acts like a dog for bizarre sexual purposes. Sadly we don’t get to see her Adam’s apples.
