Based on a classic 1928 novel by Luisa Josefina Hernandez, the shadowy Mexican drama La Plaza de Puerto Santo (1978) unfolds in a coastal town where men lead idle lives by day and hidden lives at night. The story follows six prominent men who gather after sundown to explore their perversions, the effects of which ripple throughout their tiny community. One person who’s in on the fun is buxom Arlette Pacheco--the Latina lovely’s sensuous curves are ripe for peeping when she exposes them during a late-night frolic at her dormitory.
