Wedding Daze (2006)

Jason Biggs is in for big heartache when his girlfriend croaks in the middle of his wedding proposal in Wedding Daze (2006), the directorial debut of actor, comedian, and VH1 clip-show gadfly Michael Ian Black. Fast forward to a year later, and though it's been a wee while since his would-be-missus turned out to be stiff, Jason can't seem to get over the universe stiffing him like that. Why oh why did it leave him high and dry? Poor Jason just wants to cry. Into this sad situation waltzes a whopper of a looker in the person of Isla Fisher, a diner waitress whom Jason asks out on a dare. And when he asks her out, he really asks her out—he cuts to the chase and asks her to join him at the altar. And she accepts! And moves in with him! Who was complaining about his luck again? Now all these lovebirds have to do is survive their insane in-laws. Piece of cake, right?
