Blood Pumping, Heart Racing

If the whole point of joining a gym, getting a workout plan, and doing it repeatedly is to get your heart rate up and your blood pumping, why not skip all that mess and just watch Britney Spears workout? After all, my blood is pumping, my heart rate is up, and I’m starting to sweat with each viewing.

If memory serves correctly, Britney Spears does around 8 shows a week or something crazy in Las Vegas. Even if she does only three shows, there’s so much singing and dancing and costume changes I’m not only surprised she has time to work out, but that she works out at all. Surely doing all of that madness for her fans is a workout within itself. But, if Britney wants to hit the gym, then damn it Britney’s going to hit the gym. And you know what, I’m proud of her for it. She makes the extra effort to stay in shape for us, I bet she doesn’t even do it for herself. Plus watching her workout is like a workout for us! Britney Spears, she’s such a giver.

So, save your money for monthly dues, fancy shoes, and tight shirts. Just stay home and watch Britney Spears on Instagram in all her sexy, sweaty, workout glory. Kind of gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “Just Do It.”
