The voluptuous vixen Véronique Vendell is almost too hot to handle, but Mr. Skin would certainly love to try. The brunette actress with dark, alluring eyes and an unbelievable hourglass figure is originally from Montpellier, France, but made plenty of flicks American cinephiles would be familiar with. Her salacious smirk first hit screens in House of Sin (1961), though she is far better known for her work as a French prostitute in the Richard Burton and Peter O'Toole period piece about King Henry II, Becket (1964). Of course, that's not what French hookers actually looked like in the 1100's, but we'll suspend our disbelief while you're getting relief. While she moved on to play a bar girl in The Night of the Generals (1967) and appeared in a bunch of sensual titled flicks like Kiss Me General (1966), and She Lost Her... You Know What (1968), she found herself in the infamous sexy romp Barbarella (1968), where she played Captain Moon. Call us Neil, because our arms got strong stroking it to Jane Fonda, but VV didn't show any skin. Luckily, while a far lesser known movie, Véronique showed off her beautiful bikini body as Gina in the whodunit Code 7, Victim 5 (1964). She shows off her sun-kissed skin in a yellow bikini that hugs her bum extra tight, just like we would if given the opportunity. She dives into the water and luckily the camera follows her athletic legs and sweet cheeks with every flutter through the water. Then, there's another scene where she sunbathes, and the camera makes sure to look down her top. We watched it, and haven't been able to get it down ever since! More teasing titles followed, like Dead Sexy (1970) and Swingin Wives (1971), but later in her career the lovely lady that has had us pawing our peckers hooked up with Sam Peckinpah to star alongside James Coburn in Cross of Iron (1977) before reteaming with Richard Burton in Breakthrough (1979). Rather than that one serving as her breakthrough flick, it was the last time we saw Véronique Vendell on screen. What a shame. We have to yell, nobody was more uniquely sexy than Véronique Vendell.
