Vivacious Vannessa Nevader was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and became interested in acting at the Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas. She studied theater there before transferring to the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where she earned a business degree and took film classes. After graduation, she moved to Miami and continued her acting studies, which led to roles in a variety of productions. These are the shows Bajo las riendas del amor (tr. Under the Reins of Love), Dame Chocolate (AKA Sweet Secret), Valeria, Grachi, My Heart Beats for Lola Volcán, and Fearless Heart and the movies Break (2008), The Scapular (2008), Spanish Woman's Guide to Finding a Good Man (2008), Circadian Clock (2009), AnnaBella (2009), Class Act (2010), Historias de la urbe (tr. Stories of the City) (2011), and Can Ya' Hear Me Now? (2012). But it’s the action-comedy Pain & Gain (2013), about a trio of bodybuilders who get involved in some shady dealings, that gave Vannessa her biggest break--and broke into our pants! She plays a stripper, and you know that strippers are usually topless, and she is, and often bi-curious, which she is here, too, putting on a show for the boys and girls. Mr. Skin is sad to report that Vannessa acted in only one other project after Pain & Gain, the Telemundo show Reina de corazones (tr. Queen of Hearts). She's not naked in it, but hopefully she will be in the upcoming film La Mujer de la Noche (tr. The Woman of the Night), her first screen acting gig in nearly a decade.
