Under the Sand (2000)

During a seaside holiday, tragedy strikes Marie (Charlotte Rampling), a middle-aged English literature professor, when her much beloved hubby Jean (Bruno Cremer) takes a dip in the ocean and disappears. When the authorities fail to turn up a body, the distraught dame has no choice but to head back to her Parisian life of teaching and taking in parties. Under the Sand (2000) follows the unexpected widow as she tries to make sense of her life, minus her love of twenty-five years. What’s disturbing is that Marie continues to act as though her husband is still alive, obviously freaking out her friends. But Marie must not miss Jean too much, because she slowly begins a relationship with Vincent (Jacques Nolot), a dude she meets at a party. When Marie and her new beau consummate their relationship with some fornicating fun, Charlotte Rampling tease some shots of her mams. But Maya Gaugler steals the flick with a steady view at her beave and breasts while romping on the beach. Under the Sand will have your hand going in your underwear!
