Fans of Coyote Ugly star Piper Perabo have been glued to TV this summer thanks to her new spy series on the USA network, Covert Affairs. As a newly-minted CIA agent, Piper looks hot, but so far, we've been unable to spy any real nudity (this is USA, not HBO, after all!)

But on last night's episode (the seventh this season), model-gorgeous French-Canadian Emmanuelle Vaugier guest-starred for a second time as reporter Liza Hearn. And she stopped the presses when she slinked around in skimpy black panties and a matching push-up bra. Now that's the way you make headlines!

Vaugier's name might not be familiar to you, but her face and body certainly are--she starred as Mia on Two and a Half Men, as Det. Angell on CSI: New York, and as Nicki on One Tree Hill.
