We're a dollar late and a day short- or is it a day late and a dollar short? Anyway, there's not much to see in mainstream releases this week on DVD and Blu-ray, but we do have some interesting SKINtage titles to tell you about: First, feast on Euro-eyefuls Laura Gemser and more in the giallo thriller Murder Obsession (1980) nude on Blu-ray. And stay in that wayback machine for the sex comedy Naughty Teen (1977), nudely re-released on DVD, and the beautiful Blu-ray Blaxploitation rack of Marlene Clark in Ganja & Hess (1973). Then, modern-day purveyors of cinematic cheese The Asylum keep the skinematic tradition alive with 2-Headed Shark Attack (2012), already nude on Blu-ray but now also on DVD.

Plus, take in over 3 1/2 hours of blood, boobs and brawlin' babes as the exploitation compilation 42nd Street Forever hits Blu-ray with trailers for skinema classics like The Pom Pom Girls, Maid in Sweden, Chained Heat and more.

The fine folks over at DVD (and Blu-ray!) sleaze emporium TLAcult.com may have just saved awards season. Last week they announced the nominees for the TLA Cult Awards, an annual event that honors the very best in exploitation, horror, and cult movies on DVD and Blu-ray. As they put it on their website:

"Make a movie about a fat silent comedian and his dog, and these snooty bastards love you. But, make a movie that features a giant spider sexually assaulting a naked woman and you may as well not exist. Well, those movies do exist. And we're going to honor the fuck out of them."

In other words, in terms of ogling potential, these suckers come in second only to Mr. Skin's own Anatomy Awards.

And speaking of Mr. Skin...our Mr. Skin Presents: Women in Prison Triple Pack, featuring uncut, lovingly restored versions of the '80s WIP classics Chained Heat (1983), Red Heat (1985), and Jungle Warriors (1984), has been nominated for Best Box Set/ Value Pack.

Aw, guys, you shouldn't have! Actually, yes you should. That DVD was awesome.

We're going back to the salad-tossing days of Times Square for your celebrity nudes on DVD this week, as future Oscar winner Melissa Leo makes a ho-riffic nude debut in Streetwalkin' (1985) and Sybil Danning and Isabelle Mejias fight over Daddy dearest in the sleazy b-thriller Daughter of Death, aka Julie Darling (1983), which hits DVD for the first time ever this week. Then we'll head down Mexico way, where Vida Guerra's Anatomy Award-winning thongage heats up Eastbound & Down, Season 2, and The Man with No Name meets The Girl with No Bra in the Spaghetti western For a Few Dollars More (1965), nude on Blu-Ray.

This week Mr. Skin and Synapse Films released the Women in Prison Triple Feature DVD, featuring three wet n’ wild women in prison flicks: Chained Heat (1983), Red Heat (1985), and Jungle Warriors (1984).

With this nude DVD release, WIP fans can skinjoy all the skincarcerated T&A in much better quality, as the video transfer on all three films is noticeably improved from previous releases. Fans will also be slappy to hear that Chained Heat is presented in its skintirety for the first time since its theatrical run- a scene where Linda Blair is raped by John Vernon (aka Dean Wormer from Animal House) is restored for the first time on VHS or DVD. The Women in Prison Triple Feature also comes loaded with trailers, interviews with stars Stella Stevens and Sybil Danning, and video introductions by our own Mr. Skin, who rubs down the key skingredients to each film.

We've got a pneumatic posse of women in prison to put an iron bar in your pants this week on DVD! You'll be tugging on the ol' balls and chain as Mr. Skin proudly presents the Women in Prison Triple Feature- thrill to Linda Blair's topless debut as she scrubs up and gets down with Sybil Danning in Chained Heat (1983)! Feel your temperature rising as Emmanuelle babe Sylvia Kristel gets wet n' wild behind bars in Red Heat (1985)! And you'll be polishing your machete when a group of kidnapped fashion models falls into the sadistic hands of Sybil Danning in Jungle Warriors (1984)!

Also nude on DVD, porn princess Sasha Grey shows off her Hollywood Hills- and her furry 70's bush- on season 7 of Entourage, and you'll be pitching a tent of your own when a cabin's worth of camping cuties fall into the clutches of the Maneater (2009).

Nude on Blu-Ray, Terry Gilliam's visionary masterpiece Brazil (1985) receives the deluxe Blu-Ray treatment this week, as does Mike Leigh's controversial classic Naked (1993).

This week's One-Handed Workout is an example of skinplicity at its finest, and will bring back many slappy memories for guys who spent most of the '80s with a VCR remote on one side and a tissue box on the other. Courtesy of Vestron Video, the distributor of such skinfamous titles as 1977's Cinderella (the porn), Takin' it Off (1985), Chained Heat (1983), Blame it on Rio (1984) and H.O.T.S. (1979), Eroticise stars gazonga goddess Kitten Natividad in a naked (pun intended) attempt to bring together the '80s aerobics trend and the ever-expanding (pun also intended) market of teenage boys too young to rent XXX porn, but still looking for some quality T&A on VHS.

1983 marked great nude beginnings in skinema, like the film debuts of future Mr. Skin Nudity Hall-of-Famers Helena Bonham Carter, Nicole Kidman, and Juliette Binoche, as well as the nude debuts of Jamie Lee Curtis, Besty Russell, Linda Blair, Lea Thompson, and more! But(t) among all the horny hellos there was one sad goodbye: Phoebe Cates's nude career went out with a moon at the end of Private School.
