Even though it's a "family-friendly" show, American Idol has always delivered enough PG-rated sexiness to keep most guys interested--remember "Bikini Girl" and erstwhile judge Kara DioGuardi flashing her own crazy-tight bikini body in retaliation? Not to mention easy-on-the-thighs contestants like Katharine McPhee and Carrie Underwood.

Season 10 of AI is set to kick off January 11th, and the show's undergoing a complete overhaul. Unfortunately, juicy judge DioGuardi is gone, along with Simon Cowell and lezbionic lame duck Ellen DeGeneres, but wait until you hear who's taking over--Jennifer Lopez!

The badonadonk-butted Latina lovely was just announced as the show's newest judge, alongside Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and long-time Idoler Randy "Dawg" Jackson. Looking at J. Lo twice a week? That more than "just a'ight."

Now, DeGeneres has lost her title of The Only American Idol Judge to Do Nudity (check her out in If These Walls Could Talk 2), but surely she'll welcome a little friendly compe-TIT-ion from J. Lo, who's juiced her jigglers in Money Train and U-Turn.

It's time to rejoice--Simon Cowell doesn't have the biggest breasts on the AI panel any longer.

Sexy Kara Dioguardi is in the new issue of Maxim, showing off her body in some swimsuit pics.

Last year, American Idol viewers got a big surprise when the juggalicious judge joined Katrina “Bikini Girl” Darrell on the Idol stage, then ripped open her dress to show a black bikini.

When asked by Maxim magazine how she planned to top that sexy stunt this year, Kara quipped, “Um, get naked?”

Nudity is not a joke, Kara!

Mr. Skin Has a Few Casting Ideas

According to the Hollywood rumor mill, German writer/director Marc Vorlander is at work on the follow-up to the 1995 skinstant classic Showgirls, called Showgirls: Story of Hope.

The details are sketchy at best, but blogs are reporting that the plot will have Rena Riffel's character Penny traveling to Frankfurt, Germany, to seek revenge on the people responsible for giving her brother a deadly dose of cocaine.

Since all the casting is still up in the air, we at MrSkin.com have decided to take a stab at casting this flick, under the assumption that all the main characters will be returning.

With no other information to go on, we’ll do what we do in Vegas. We gamble.

For Nomi Malone, the hooker-turned-stripper-turned-showgirl played by a nude Elizabeth Berkley in the original, we have three suggestions:

AnnaLynne McCord of 90210 and Nip/Tuck fame for her trashy, bisexual, frizzy-haired sex appeal; Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively, whose ice cream photoshoot put all sorts of ideas into her fans’ heads; and recent newsmaker Taylor Swift, who would be a perfect naïve ingénue.

We also have three suggestions for Crystal Connors, Nomi’s arch rival and would-be lesbian lover. In the original, the role was played by Gina Gershon.

Our choices are: Marisa Tomei, who was one of our favorite strippers of all time in The Wrestler; Megan Fox, whose refusal to get nude would immediately disqualify her with extreme prejudice; and Rosario Dawson, who’s a little young for the part, but more than sexy enough.

Vision of Nubs During "Vision of Love"

Last night, American Idol viewers got a big surprise when nearly Katrina Darrell AKA “Bikini Girl” returned to the Idol stage, where she was a favorite among the male judges for her barely-there attire, and was joined by a nearly naked Kara DioGuardi.

Seeing Katrina trot out in her two-piece was no surprise, nor was the tingling sensation that accompanied it.

The real shocker was when Kara herself, the Idol judge and the way-too-hot-to-be-behind-the-scenes songwriter came out on stage in the middle of Darrell’s rendition of Mariah Carey’s "Vision of Love" and began to blow.

After outsinging her rival, Kara then took on Katrina on her own turf, ripping open her dress to reveal her stunning and sculpted body in a bikini whose skimpiness was a match for the would-be singer.
