For Friday, November 21, 2008, see the naked truth on Twilight, True Blood, nude vampires, the Roman orgies of Caligula, and all the bare…
Skin Central's number is about 9 1/2 (ok, ok, more like 5 3/4) this week as a couple of exciting nude releases hit DVD and Blu-ray. First, we've got the fine period pieces (of ass) Gretchen Mol, Paz de la Huerta, Kelly MacDonald and Alexis Palladino on Boardwalk Empire, Season 1, and then we've get the first-ever boob-baring scene from funny lady Anna Faris in the rom-com What's Your Number? (2011).
Plus, empty your six-shooter with the deadly dames of Killer Elite (2011), nude on DVD-and Blu-ray, and Wanted (2008), nude and tattooed on Blu-ray.

This weekend in theaters, the new superhero flick I Am Number Four, the Liam Neeson thriller Unknown, and the supernatural spookfest Vanishing on Seventh Street offer up a combined total of no boobs, zero butts, and bupkus bush. But Mr. Skin can still tell you where to see the stars strip.
I Am Number Four
Glee babe Dianna Agron doesn't make her nude debut in the teenage superhero sci-fi flick I Am Number Four and neither does her co-star, Aussie babe Teresa Palmer. And the closest thing that Emily Wickersham, who also appears, has ever done to nudity is her underwear-clad performance as AJ's girlfriend on The Sopranos. the only actress in this movie who's ever stripped on screen is racktastic redhead Judith Hoag, who once flashed flesh on an episode of Carnivàle. This movie is number four on a list of the top three films to see this weekend.
Unknown
Also new in theaters this weekend, Inglorious Basterds beauty Diane Kruger and Mad Men's January Jones join Liam Neesen in Unknown. What's not unknown is the nudity content of this movie. It's a solid zero. So if you're jonesing for January, fast forward to the 37-minute mark of 2006's The Three Burials of Melquaides Estrada to see her slip her left nip. And if your luger wants some Kruger, check out the 2004 epic Troy, where she shows her Hellenic hoots and heinie 15 minutes in. This weekend, skip Unknown and get yourself a fun-bone!
Vanishing on Seventh Street
Out in select theaters this weekend, Brit babe Thandie Newton's clothes aren't vanishing as she co-stars in the new supernatural thriller Vanishing on Seventh Street, a supernatural thriller that has most of Detroit's population mysteriously disappearing after a blackout. It's no mystery why you'd want to disappear from Detroit, but I'm still puzzling over what happened to Thandie's desire to strip on screen. If you want to see Thandie bust out her big Newtons, check out her awesome full frontal and backal scene two hours and 28 minutes into the 1998 epic Beloved. Take a detour from Seventh Street and visit the intersection of Bush Avenue and Booby Boulevard.

Game of Thrones, the new HBO fantasy series set to premiere April 17, is going to be "beyond R" in the ratings department, according to the show's producer David Benioff.
Benioff, who wrote the screenplay for the 2004 mythological epic Troy with a naked Diane Kruger, is taking full advantage of HBO's skinthusiasm for the female body as represented in shows like The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire.
The series, which features 300 star Lena Heady, is based on the award-winning series of epic fantasy novels by George R. R. Martin called A Song of Ice and Fire. And Benioff is going to make sure that all the dirty parts make it to the screen. Hopefully some of them will include Lena!
"Here, because we have ten hours to tell the story, we're able to include all the major characters... and we're able to do it the way George does it in the books in terms of the darkness of it and the violence of it and the sexuality of it, which a major studio would never let you do, even if you're lucky enough to get an R rating," Benioff told Access Hollywood. "George's world is a violent world - there's a lot of killing and bloodshed and eviscerations and decapitations and there's a lot of sex. It's one of the things that I loved about these books."
Game of Thrones sounds like something you would play with yourself.

Don't forget--Mr. Skin sure hasn't--that chesty Colombian creampie Sofia Vergara promised to run down Sunset Boulevard naked if her show, Modern Family, won the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series.
Those of you who watched the Jimmy Fallon-hosted awards show last night know that Modern Family did, indeed, win. Sofia's never done nudity before, so as we wait with bated breath for Sofia to make good on her promise, let's celebrate last night's winners who have shown skin.
Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series: Kyra Sedgwick, The Closer
Kyra Sedgwick's no stranger to awards--she's won a Golden Globe and has been nominated for a Closer Emmy a staggering five times--and she's no stranger to nudity, either. After blasting off and busting out of her shirt early in her career for Pyrates (1991), alongside husband Kevin Bacon, she stayed clothed until right before her 40th birthday. Then, she let loose with a hat trick of hootage in The Woodsman (2004), Cavedweller (2004), and Loverboy (2005). You'll love her Bacon bits, boy.
Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series: Edie Falco, Nurse Jackie
As pill-popping RN Nurse Jackie, Edie Falco won her fourth Emmy; she's previously won three for her role as MILFy mafia maven Carmela Soprano. If Edie makes you sing, check her out her seat on The Sopranos and plenty of nursey knockers in Trouble on the Corner (1997) and The Quiet (2005). Code boob!

Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie: Claire Danes, Temple Grandin
Deliciously flat-chested and lithe, Claire Danes was first nominated for an Emmy in 1995 for My So-Called Life. Now grown up and more gorgeous than ever, Claire won for her portrayal of autism pioneer Temple Grandin in the HBO flick of the same name, but to see Claire bare, watch her in Romeo + Juliet (1996), Polish Wedding, and Stage Beauty. And her ass flash in Shopgirl (2005) is positively hot-tistic!
Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie: Julia Ormond, Temple Grandin
Temple Grandin was a big winner last night, and the stunning and way-too-scarce-as-of-late Julia Ormond made a huge comeback with her supporting actress Emmy. It was Julia's first Emmy, so let's look back on her nudity firsts! Her first skin shot ever was in Traffik, her first full-frontal was in The Baby of Macon (1993), her first naked-with-Brad Pitt scene was in Legends of the Fall, and her first new millenium nudity was in The Prime Gig (2000). Julia's body is a Temple, and it sure is Grandin!

Funny People (2009)—Blu-Ray
STUDIO: Universal
NUDE: Nydia McFadden (breasts, butt)
Judd Apatow’s feel-good comedy Funny People (2009) stars Adam Sandler as George Simmons, a comedian at the top of his game who learns he has a fatal and incurable condition decides to take a struggling young comic (Seth Rogen) under his wing. But when his disease miraculously goes into remission and gives him a new lease on life, George decides that fame is less important than trying to win back his old girlfriend (Leslie Mann). Leslie keeps her clothes on, but we do get to see the naked knockers of Nydia McFadden as she rides Adam’s handle in bed. Now that’s sexy, people!

The Marky Mark-produced HBO series Entourage, or, as its known around the office, Skin-tourage, has given more than a hefty handful of adult actresses their ticket to the land of classy shows The Sopranos and Six Feet Under, that land we used to get such a good flyover view of in the old HBO station identification.
Complex.com has posted a list of all of Entourage’s most mam-orable cameos, or, if you prefer, memorable mam-eos, in honor of naked Vulvapalooza star Jenaveve Jolie riding former child rapper Lil’ Bow Wow in this week’s episode.

Some may say that HBO's success with churning out beloved original series like The Sopranos, Sex and the City, Entourage, and Deadwood depends on things like innovative story lines, believable characters, and top-notch acting, but Mr Skin knows there's also one other indispensable ingredient trying these great series together: bazooms! Without the inclusion of a couple of jugs here and there, would any of these shows seem as groundbreaking? Mr Skin thinks not.
So it's good news that the pay-cable net's newest shows will include a pair of actresses who have already proven their nudity chops. Find out who after the cut.
