This Is 40 (2012)

The hit comedy Knocked Up (2007) is one of Mr. Skin’s favorite movies of all time (probably because he’s featured fairly prominently in the plot). Alas, the film’s unofficial sequel This is 40 (2012) has all the hilarity of the first flick, but no mention of Mr. Skin! Judd Apatow, why hast thou forsaken us? Perhaps it’s because this pic is more of an autobiography with the main focus on Sadie (Maude Apatow), Charlotte (Iris Apatow) and Debbie (Leslie Mann), played by Judd’s actual daughters and real life wife. The R rated flick reunites Paul Rudd and Jason Segel from Knocked Up. And includes welcomed additions such as Albert Brooks, Melissa McCarthy, Lena Dunham, John Lithgow, Charlyne Yi, and Megan Fox’s bra-clad rack at the 52-minute mark. If that sexy sight isn’t arousing enough, Ms. Mann feels her up! In another scene, both Leslie and Megan can be seen donning itsy bitsy teeny weeny bikinis at a pool party. Suffice it to say, they’ll make a splash in your pants! Breast of all, Mrs. Apatow bares boobage at the doctor’s office 30 minutes into the movie. Her mammogram is mamtastic! Yet great things come to those who can wait an hour and 19 minutes since that’s when Leslie lets us peek at her petite peak. Yes, in an effort to seduce her spouse, she exposes her right breast (as if there’s such a thing as a wrong breast). Forget about a mid-life crisis — This is 40 is mid-life at its nicest!
