The Wicked Lady (1983)

A remake of a 1945 flick of the swashbuckling sort, The Wicked Lady (1983) stars the great Faye Dunaway as a high-class honey who becomes a highwayman when life as a rich socialite proves to be a bore. In the Michael Winner helmed flick, Faye is Lady Barbara Skelton, a scheming seductress living in 18th Century England who snatches the wealthy landowner Sir Ralph Skelton (Denholm Elliott) from her best friend's (Glynis Barber) grasp. After stealing her friend's man, Lady Barbara realizes life's kind of dull as a lady of high society, until one day she loses her mom's ruby brooch while gambling and pretends to be famed robber Captain Jerry Jackson (Alan Bates) to get it back. Since that theft was so much fun, she keeps pretending to be Jackson while committing all sorts of different robberies, then bumps into him and decides to become his partner in crime and lover. But a life of stick-em-ups and letting Jerry stick it in her is a risky one on two fronts, so it's only a matter of time before the pair end up in serious trouble. Seriously loathed by critics, this one was a multiple Razzie nominee. But worse than that, The Wicked Lady earned itself a wicked rep for its walloping whipping scene, in which Faye and her man's lady, Marina Sirtis, smack each other silly with horsewhips until their clothes are in titillating tatters. That'll have you whipping it out! The flick was held back from release because of all the femme floggery, but it eventually was allowed to be released after director Michael Winner got a bunch of smartypants from the film world together to argue that the lass lashing had lots of redeeming, artistic value. Even if it didn't, that's not the only skin in the flick. Sirtis will show some dark black bush in another scene as Jackson's go to girl, but it's Lisa Mulidore who shows even more as a random villager fleeing the scene after a sex session in the stables. Louise English and Elaine Ashley serve up their titties as topless servants, though Glynis Barber used a double for her scene doing it in front of the fireplace. You robbed us of a look at your gazoongas, Glynis! Still, considering it's based on both an old novel and a supposedly true story, The Wicked Lady was wicked hot!
