The Wackness (2008)

Set in 1994, the comedic drama The Wackness (2008) features Josh Peck as Luke Shapiro, a New York teen selling pot on the streets during the summer between high school and college. Sir Ben Kingsley plays his eccentric psychiatrist, who gives Luke therapy sessions in exchange for weed. Their relationship is further complicated by the fact that Luke is also infatuated with his shrink’s hot daughter, Stephanie (Olivia Thirlby). It’s kind of wack that Olivia doesn’t show skin, but she does show up in a bikini, and that’s plenty of reason to whack yourself off.
