Now that the world has generally acknowledged ~Groundhog Day~ to be a top comedy, ~The Tall Guy~ may be the most underrated comedy at IMDb. This movie is one funny mofo, written by the same guy who wrote ~Blackadder~, ~Four Weddings and a Funeral~, ~Notting Hill~, and ~Bridget Jones's Diary~. In celebrity skin terms, 1989 is noteworthy as a transitional time, and not always for the best . . . or the breast.
A-list stars, who just five years earlier could still be counted on for full-frontal film appearances and the occasional Playboy spread, clearly seemed to be moving in
