The Stranger Beside Me (1995)

Jennifer, after years of trouble, decides to marry Chris, who on the surface looks like the perfect man. The neighborhood that they recently moved to is terrified because a string of sexual offenses on women have plagued the surrounding area. As time goes on Jennifer begins to see beneath the social veneer that Chris puts up, and gets a horrifying glimpse at his possessiveness and other darker qualities. She begins to suspect that he is responsible for the crime wave, and is put in a predicament where she is the only one who can step up to do anything about it.

Former Saved By the Bell star, Tiffani-Amber Theissen, plays Jennifer. There are a couple of pre-coital scenes where she takes off her shirt to give us a bra shot, as well as some bare back.
