The Shelter (2016) is the interesting and terrifying story of a homeless man named Thomas (Michael Pare) who finds shelter in an abandoned two-story house. The gorgeous house seems too good to be true...because it is. He soon discovers that he is not alone in that house and that the spirits with him won't let him leave.
