The Shadow Walkers (2005)

The Shadow Walkers (2005) begins with a group of people awakening in a creepy lab, unsure of who they are or what they're doing down there in subterranean spooksville. The only way out is to travel ever-deeper into the darkness to access an escape tunnel. Then the flashbacks begin, and, to their chagrin, the bunch begins to realize that they're mixed up in a scheme to create steroid-powered mutants . . . and that the mutants are after them! The roid ragers, complete with razor-sharp talons and gore-greedy teeth, crave flesh like nothing else, both to eat and to screw! Sacre bleu! What are these poor saps to do? Considering that there are six of them and seven combat-bred zombie abominations, the answer is clear: get dismembered! Throats get slashed, bodies get trashed, and gore abounds in this bargain-basement tale of terror underground.
