The Secret Diaries of Miss Anne Lister (2010)

A nineteenth century woman’s family tries to push her into marriage despite her lesbian tendencies in The Secret Diaries of Miss Anne Lister (2010). Anne Lister (Maxine Peake) is a wealthy orphan who was raised by her aunt and uncle in Yorkshire. She falls in love with a doctor's daughter, Mariana Belcombe (Anna Madeley), and proposes they live together and shun society in favor of beating around the bush 24/7. But Mariana would rather die than have people find out about their relationship and marries a rich widower, Charles Lawton (Michael Culkin), instead. Anne mourns their lost relationship for a while, but eventually returns to her womanizing ways. Star crossed lovers Maxine Peake and Anna Madeley both bare heaving historical hooters during a vigorous clam-slam session in bed. Dear diary, today was leztastic!
