The Opposite of Sex (1998)

A knocked up teen tries to make the best of her situation, and wildly fails in The Opposite of Sex (1998). Christina Ricci is Dedee Truitt, a pregnant sixteen year old who really wants someone else to raise her baby, rather than the kid's loser dad Randy (William Lee Scott). She moves in with her gay brother Bill (Martin Donovan), then seduces his boyfriend Matt (Ivan Sergei). Bill's not all that worked up though, since he's still mourning the dead ex who died of AIDS before he ever met Matt, and spending all sorts of time with the dead fella's sister Lucia (Lisa Kudrow). Dedee's either just that hot or it's sexual opposite day, because Matt makes it happen. Yes, he gives Dedee the D, only for Dedee to claim that he knocked her up and needs to raise the baby with her. The two move away together, only for Randy, Matt and Lucia to track them down. In a fit of chaos, Dedee kills Randy, flees to Canada, gets arrested and has to find a new plan for her baby. What a mess. It might be the opposite of sexy to watch a movie about the dangers of unplanned pregnancies, but Christina Ricci somehow makes it work. Even gay dudes will be thinking about her giving them a Ricci-round when she lies poolside in a bikini asking Matt all sorts of sex questions. Then, she pops the top off and asks him to rub her jugs with suntan oil, but the camera doesn't let us see her hooters. That is the exact opposite of what we were hoping to have happen! Still, we'll lather those large ones any day of the week if the Wednesday actress ever asks! Opposite on our face, Christina!
