The Mallory Effect (2002)

Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Josie Maran plays the object of one poor schlub’s romantic and vengeful obsessions in the gross-out rom-com The Mallory Effect (2002). Steven Roy stars as Charlie, a luckless boyfriend who finds himself ditched by girlfriend Mallory (Maran) just as he feels things are getting good. Heartbroken and distraught, Charlie pours his efforts into winning her back––and when that doesn’t work, ruining every waking minute of her new boyfriend’s life. Stocked with locker-room gags and fleshy reveals, Dustin Guy’s comedy gets most of its mileage out of the performances of Maran, Larissa Moore, and Victoria Pratt, all of whom take turns dressing down for a quick bedding.
