The Heart Surgeon (1997)

A surgeon must operate on his mistress' husband in the British TV movie The Heart Surgeon (1997). Alex Marsden (Nigel Havers) is a successful cardiac surgeon who's been secretly screwing married lady Marcella Duggan (Orla Brady). Nobody knows about his secret affair, which makes it even more ironic when he's asked to perform surgery on his friend Larry Duggan (Lorcan Cranitch), who is also...you guessed it...Marcella's husband. That's a pretty sticky situation, but not as sticky as the one you'll be in when you get an eyeful of Orla's awesome T&A. She'll give you a heart-on!
