The Haunting of Whaley House (2012)

A group of non-believers take an ill-advised trip into a haunted house at night in The Haunting of Whaley House (2012). Penny (Stephanie Greco) has just gotten a job as a tour guide for the The Whaley House, and her first day at work is filled with unusual happenings. Of course all her friends want a peek behind the scenes in the mysterious mansion, and decide to break in that night for a bit of harmless fun. But the ghosts are real, and they are angry. Mindy Robinson provides the much needed hoots for this horror flick by unveiling her massive melons to a shockingly uninterested dude. Mindy is so fine she’ll blow your mind and your pants!
