British girl-who-likes-girls Saffron Burrows is Melody, an introvert whose life goes to hell when she gets fired, her boyfriend dumps her, and she learns she is terminally ill in the drama The Guitar (2008). To make the most of the time she has left, Melody uses her credit cards to rent an expensive loft and fill it with furniture so she can sit around naked playing guitar. Then Melody decides to lose her inhibitions and starts sleeping with pizza delivery girl Cookie (Paz de la Huerta) and furniture delivery man Rosco (Isaach de Bankole).
