David Fincher, director of Se7en (1995) and Fight Club (1999), takes the reins for a gritty American remake of the international Swedish sinsation The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011). Billed as the “feel bad movie of Christmas,” The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo stars Rooney Mara as Lisbeth Salander, a troubled hacker genius who teams up with journalist Mikael Blomkvist (Daniel Craig) to solve a decades-old missing persons case that leads the duo down a gruesome rabbit hole of murder, mayhem and corporate espionage. If you like your ladies thin, tattooed and pierced all over, then meet nudecomer Rooney Mara, your new masturbation inspiration. Rooney bares butt in a disturbing, violent sex scene 54 minutes in, but she's just as naked and much more willing in a lesbian morning-after scene 1 hour, 16 minutes in and a triple-B horizontal tango with Craig 1 hour, 39 minutes in. Later, Rooney shows us one final fantastic look at her pert pair as she rides Daniel Craig in the boudoir. Just call Mr. Skin The Guy with the Raging Hard-On! Elodie Yung shows us some les heaven as Rooney and Elodie wake up in the morning with both baring scrumptious teats. The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is flawlessly shot, perfectly scored, and is an all-around nearly perfect mystery drama that has plenty of skin peppered in throughout the film's runtime. What's really going to keep you engaged is the story, which in Mr. Skin's book is the ultimate sign of a keeper!
