As its title suggests, The Girl on a Motorcycle (1968) gets around! Also known as La motocyclette, this skinternational flick stars French actor Alain Delon and English rocker Marianne Faithfull as forbidden lovers. The plot kicks off when the newly-wed Rebecca (Faithfull) wakes up naked one morning and decides to leave her husband Raymond (Roger Mutton) for her sexy ex Daniel (Delon). In other words, Ms. Faithfull is unfaithful! As she gets out bed, the British bird bares her breasts, bush and butt before zipping up in a leather jumpsuit. Now, she’s ready to escape on her motorbike and you’ll be envying the vibrating seat beneath her. Even though the film markets Marianne as a female Johnny Strabler (Marlon Brando) from The Wild One (1953), Mr. Skin prefers to think of her as the Evel Knievel of poon! For most of the movie Mari’s body double (champion motorcyclist Bill Ivy) rides across the country in long shots. Otherwise, you can spot Faithfull straddling a stationary bike while rear-projections of European vistas whisk by in the background. Of course, whether Rebecca gets where she wants to go is less important as whether we come. Indeed, her journey includes a few fleshbacks to enjoy. In one, Alain is kissing Marianne’s melons. Later, the topless hottie has her head between his thighs. If that’s not arousing enough, a fantasy clip captures the nude leading lady’s three Bs as she stands on a horse at a circus. No wonder it’s called the greatest show on earth!
