The Girl by the Lake (2007)

A big-city detective is called in to solve a horrific murder in The Girl by the Lake (2007). After the body of a young girl is discovered beside a lake in a tiny Alpine town, Commissioner Sanzo (Toni Servillo) is called in from a nearby city to lead the investigation. Already burdened by problems with his wife, Sanzo reaches a breaking point as the disturbing truth behind the murder is revealed. If you're looking to go for a dip in Lake Tits-igan, you might have trouble here, because although co-star Alessia Povan is certainly seductive, the closest we get to seeing her naked comes after she's been murdered. Less lake, more girls!
