The Fuzz

With a title like The Fuzz, you could be forgiven for expecting a little bush. Alas, this short-lived UK sitcom from 1977 is about the other kind of fuzz. Namely, the coppers. Shooting for a Brit-side version of Barney Miller, The Fuzz was a mainly guy-centric affair, although we did get Ena Cabayo as a secretary called Doris and the lovely Lynda Bellingham as WPC “Purrfect" Purvis. Now, Lynda’s a hottie to be sure, but you know what would have been really "purrfect"? Some of that fuzz!
