Rock stars are never more magical and legendary than when they are dead. Though he was fat, fucked up, and thigh deep in an artistically stagnant quicksand at the time of his death in Paris at the dawn of the 1970s, three-chord poet Jim Morrison will forever be a sexy shaman/charlatan in smelly leather pants, thanks in large part to the hagiographic worship of The Doors (1991). A biopic mini-epic complete with drugs, creative hubris, drunken loutishness, destructive sex, and enough wigs to cover the heads of every drag queen in New York City, director Oliver Stone’s multimillion-dollar recreation of hedonistic 1960s excess is the ultimate karaoke wet dream. Val Kilmer is Morrison, the UCLA trained poet turned frontman who introduces his bandmates to the creativity inducing effects of psychedelic drugs. They hit it big, piss Ed Sullivan off by refusing to change their druggy lyrics on his show, start messing around with witchcraft, and more on their way to rock and roll superstardom. Eventually he'll join the infamous "27 Club" but not before bedding so many babes Jim would forever be known as "The Lizard King." That randy reptile can be seen with an array of amazing women, since The Doors' frontman could open a women's legs easier than normal dudes can open a door. And we're not talking about the occasional high end whore! As Jim's mysterious longtime girlfriend Pamela Courson, Meg Ryan shows her mammage while lying in bed with Val. We'd like to ride her on the storm! Another luscious LA woman, Cirsten Weldon plays a topless groupie Jim samples in the backseat, while Christina Fulton flashes funbags while stripping for Val as he takes a hit of cocaine. But it's Kathleen Quinlan who best exemplifies the life of the spiritual rock star. She shows boobs and butt while going for a wild, gyration filled, completely naked run around the house. With that much sex, The Doors is sure to light your fire!
