The Crow: Stairway to Heaven (1998-1999)

Never worried about things like deceased leading men or atrociously received sequels, TV producers bizarrely opted to turn The Crow into a weekly series. Mark Dacascos sure isn’t much of an actor but the guy can throw a face-kick like nobody’s business. The show was a weekly visit to ‘vengeance from beyond the grave’ territory with a handful of kinetic action bits; the in-between ‘dramatic stuff’ is amateur hour all the way. A few cuties on board (Sabine Karsenti and Katie Stuart) couldn’t save this one.
