Although it offers more blood and guts than boobs and butts, we love The Craft (1996). Equal parts teen comedy, school drama and horror thriller, Andrew Fleming’s R rated flick follows a comely coven of classmates: Bonnie Harper (Neve Campbell), Nancy Downs (Fairuza Balk), and Rochelle Zimmerman (Rachel True). These “Bitches of Eastwick” don’t fit in at their parochial high school, and popular brats like Laura Lizzie (Christine Taylor) love to rub it in. But new kid Sarah Bailey (Robin Tunney) is about to join the witchy clique and give them just the kick they need to seek revenge. Sarah is well suited for the spooky group since she has a haunted history and a slew of supernatural skills. In fact, her presence empowers the magical menaces. And after summoning a sinister spirit, the fearsome foursome go on a sorcery spree that features dreams of scorpions, snakes, and spiders. Oh my! Luckily for us, the sultry school girls look alluring as they embark on their eerie coming of age journey. Along the way, they deal with Mr. Bailey (Cliff DeYoung) as well as sexy getups. In other words, Ms. True rocks a skintight bathing suit and Ms. Balk flaunts her perky pokies. No wonder they bewitched Chris Hooker (Skeet Ulrich) —  and masses of fans. As a surprise hit and cult classic, the movie spawned the straight-to-DVD sequel The Craft: Legacy (also known as Blumhouse’s The Craft: Legacy) in 2020. Since then, we’ve been waiting with masturbated breath for what comes next!
