The Apartment Complex (1999)

Chad Lowe plays Stan Warden, a graduate student who takes a job as manager of The Apartment Complex (1999). What seems to be an easy gig, in spite of all the oddball tenants, gets gruesomely complicated when Stan attempts to clean the muck-encrusted pool and uncovers a rotting corpse. The cops eyeball innocent Stan as a murder suspect, and all hell breaks loose in this horror comedy, which is peppered with sex in the sumptuous form of bra-clad Tyra Banks and topless Amanda Plummer.
