HBO has pulled the plug on the ground-breakingly naked series Tell Me You Love Me.
Last October, just four episodes into Tell Me You Love Me’s maiden run, the cable giant OK'd a second season, prompting the technicians here at the Skin Labs to oil up our recording devices in advance for a 2008 go-round.
Alas, now HBO says a running a fresh batch of (and to) Tell Me You Love Me is a no-go.
The bad news is that we won’t get any spanking new, incredibly explicit celebrity sex scenes featuring Michelle Borth nude, Sonya Walger nude, Ally Walker nude, and even Jane Alexander, almost nude (and nice in her late 60s).
The good news is that we won’t have to look at that one guy’s douchily annoying haircut ever again.

Megan Fox Preys on True Blood in Jennifer's Body
Yesterday we brought you a quote from Megan Fox about her upcoming movie Jennifer's Body. She divulged:
"I have a few love scenes. I eat and seduce everyone—boys and girls."
Little did we know, Megan meant she literally eats people.
And today brings us the movie's publicity poster, which shows Megan seductively licking the blood of one of her victims from the corner of her mouth. Tasty!
But the fine folks at /Film point out that the promo image is bloody similar to the one for the upcoming HBO vampire series True Blood starring Anna Paquin.
But the real question? Which of these productions will come through with nudity. Jennifer's Body has taken the early lead, with semi-nude pics of Megan Fox showing up online, but the film won't hit theaters until 2009, while True Blood premieres on HBO on September 7th following the season premiere of Entourage. Will True Blood follow Vince Chase and crew's lead and cure your true blue balls with some cable-worthy nudity? Only time will tell.

OMGT&A! New Gossip Girl Ads Tweak Noses, Stiffen Nipples

"They're using nothing but sex to sell this program!" proclaimed Melissa Anderson of the Parents Television Council.
She was fuming on CNN in response to a new round of ads promoting the steamy teen TV sensation Gossip Girl.
One of the ads, in fact, uses a quote from the PTC itself—“Mind-blowingly inappropriate!”—emblazoned above two of its stars, who play high-school students, basking in what looks very much to be post-coital afterglow.
"Rather than reinforcing positive values that parents are trying to instill in their children," Anderson pressed on, "this program is very often undermining those positive values."
The PTC and other hand-wringers of the world are stating the obvious . . . the obviously awesome!
But did you know that back in 2000, watchdog groups got in a tizzy over moneyed NYC teens going wild on a boob-tube adaptation of Cruel Intentions—which featured a bisexual Amy Adams—and they actually pressured the Fox network before the show even aired?
