Spirit Trap (2005)

A London home for displaced college students turns out to be a haunted house or, more specifically, a Spirit Trap (2005). Billie Piper plays Jenny, a clairvoyant, who senses trouble early on and ultimately has a vision of crimes committed years ago on the premises. This leads to unsettling revelations from each of the new tenants, as well as the unleashing of a ghost out for revenge.
