Simone Lahbib’s name is pronounced See-mon La-beeb, but the hairy palms at Skin Central say it a bit differently — “See more Boob-ees.” Born February 6, 1965, in Stirling, Scotland, to a Scottish mother and a French-Algerian chef father, Simone studied drama at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She then started her onscreen career, first appearing in The Girl in the Picture in 1985. She even sang on the film's soundtrack. Simone then made her way to the boob tube, appearing in Crime Story (1994), Taggart (1992), Dangerfield (1996), London Bridge (1996), and Thief Takers (1997). Simone is allergic to chocolate, but that didn’t stop her from showing off her sweets later in her onscreen career. She strips with Stella Gonet and Jessica Brooks in the thriller Red Mercury (2005), but only to her bra and panties. More pleasing is the short Long Haul (2000), where Simone exposes herself in public. Pervert. Sadly, that's all the skin that Simone has been willing to give us. Some of her other credits include Da Vinci's Demons (2015), Tremor Cordis (2017), The Loch (2017), Burning Men (2019), Flicker and go out (2019), A Confession (2019), Baby Dear (2020), Transference: A Love Story (2020), Family Tree (2020), and EastEnders (2020). In addition to acting, Simone is the Artistic Director of the performing arts school 360 Arts and is a trustee of the Eilidh Brown Memorial Fund, a charity she helped found in memory of her niece who died of cancer.
