Savage Grace (2007)

Based on the real-life murder of socialite Barbara Daly Baekeland, Savage Grace (2007) features Julianne Moore as Barbara, the wife of Brooks Baekeland (Stephen Dillane), heir to the Bakelite plastic fortune. Barbara was an absolute bombshell, becoming so famous for her good looks that she was on all sorts of magazine covers in the 40's and 50's, and even got called out to Hollywood to try and make it on the screen. Their son Antony (Eddie Redmayne) has all sorts of mental issues, but eventually finds a Spanish girlfriend named Blanca (Elena Anaya), only to watch his dad take her from him, and abandon the family completely. Since Tony's pretty distraught and a bit of a pretty boy in general, he starts getting very close with some male friends of his. Very close. Like on top of each other close. Barbara rightfully believes that the teenager is becoming a homosexual, and starts to procure women for him, in order to turn him straight again. When that doesn’t seem to work, she realizes that if you want to do something right and are cover model hot, you do it yourself! Yes, she seduces him, causing Antony to eventually snap and murder her with a kitchen knife. For the record, one of Barbara's ex-lovers denies she and Tony ever did the Oedipal thing and was pretty pissed off about how he was portrayed as taking part in mommy-son-pop artist threesome, like the movie shows. But while Brooks seems like a pretty good pick for dude who is the biggest dick in the movie, after seeing Elena Anaya naked, we sort of can't blame him. Yes, Elena shows all three B's in bed with Eddie, and it makes sense why he had to take Tony's girl. Let's just say that Elena is one hot Mamacita! Eww, never mind, we should have used a different adjective! After seeing Savage Grace, we'd be happy to run off with Eddie Redmayne's runoff, if in real life he's doing women as hot as Elena!
