The years 1986 and 1987 were good for sexy Sau-Lai Tsui, who made a name for herself as a model and as an actress. Modeling led the fit, athletic babe into acting, where she mostly focused on physical flicks that allowed her to use her skills and her body—and use it well she did. In her premiere as Betsy in Yuen Chun Hap yu Wai See Lee, aka The Seventh Curse (1986) starring Chow Yun-Fat, she’s not completely naked in a water scene, but she may as well be. Wearing a sheer white shirt, she dunks under the water and emerges with her large breasts and thick-thatched triangle easily visible. And just in case you couldn’t get the full effect of her full breasts, there’s another scene in the movie where she kills the shirt all together, and bares her ripe melons in a fruitful display of awesomeness. (She doesn’t have any pants on either, but keeps her legs angled so there’s no second viewing.) Sau-Lai tried her hand at drama, in a small role as a club girl in Jun so sam chung ching (1986), aka Midnight Whispers or Cascading Feeling, but returned to action with Chow Yun-Fat (because his name is too good not to use in its entirety every time you use it) in Yi Ben Wu Yan (1987), aka Code of Honor. Sau-Lai also starred with Siu-Ho Chin, a popular actor in Hong Kong, in three different films, including The Seventh Curse, the thriller Blood for Blood (1987), and the drama City Girl (1987). For one of her last films, Return of the Demon (1987), she played a character named Panther. A panther is a type of cat.
