Agnar Mykle’s controversial novel of the same name gets a sexy screen adaptation in Sangen om den røde rubin (1970). 23-year-old, violin-playing Ask Burlefot (Ole Søltoft) travels to Bergen to study Economics and gets his first taste of the life in a big city. But as Ask plows his way through the local ladies looking for love, he gains a deeper understanding of himself and the process of maturing. Lisbet Lundquist lends her lush ‘70s furburger and fantastic funbags to this flick playing an object of desire.  That Danish dish is one sweet treat!
