Safelight (2015)

Safelight (2015) is an indie drama about a disabled, lonely, and reclusive high-school student (Evan Peters) who attempts to help a troubled runaway (Juno Temple) turning tricks outside the gas station where he works. But the boy is little match for her violent and controlling pimp Skid (Kevin Alejandro). Both know what it's like to be bruised and bullied and together they form a bond that renews their hope for a better, more peaceful life. Surprisingly, despite the subject matter and the casting of the never shy Temple, there is no nudity to be found here. Just Juno in a bikini top, further covered by a jacket. A few shots of left pokies, possible nip slips, and a flash of panties notwithstanding, to really appreciate her acting in the flesh, take a look at Magic Mike (2013), Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Horns (2013), and Killer Joe (2011) just to name a few! By comparison Safelight plays it very safe indeed.
