Promised Land

A CBS spinoff of the squeaky-clean drama Touched by an Angel, Promised Land follows the Greene clan as they haul their Airstream trailer all over America. Wendy Phillips and Gerald McRaney are the ma and pa of the bunch—Gerald's lost his job, so they figure they might as well hit the road in search of better luck elsewhere. By the looks of some of the people they meet—such as hot Christine Lakin in a bright-blue bikini—we'd say they have all the luck in the world. Welcome to the promised mams!
