John Cleese stars in this hilarious and heartwarming gem about the comic adventures of a theatrical troupe of British soldiers tap-dancing and cross-dressing their way through WWII. Denis Quilley is especially funny as the campy director. Not that gay, but loads of jokes and fabulously frilly frocks.
